本機采（cǎi）用日本三菱 600 行程機械手，進口攝像頭，鬆下 pLc 等國際（jì）高端電器，定位尺寸大，精度高，運行（háng）穩定．速度快，可操控性強，轉版調機五分鍾（zhōng）左右，適合各（gè）種（zhǒng）紙盒、皮殼、內神狗送紙、過膠、對位生產，尤其是下拉式貼內襯裝置（zhì）完全（quán）解決了皮殼刮花的問題。該機全部由本公司自主研發、設計、生產，其中伺服（fú）凸輪飛達部分、過膠部分、榴字（zì）控製部分已經獲得多項（xiàng）國家專利。

Features

This machine adopts Mitsubishi 600 stroke manipulator, imported camera, Panasonic PLC and other international high-end electrical appliances, with large positioning size, high precision, stable operation, fast speed and strong controllability. It is suitable for all kinds of cartons, leather cases, inner god dog paper feeding, gluing and alignment production, especially the pull-down lining device, which completely solves the scratch problem of leather case. The machine is all independently developed, designed and produced by our company. The servo cam Feida part, glue passing part and durian control part have obtained a number of national patents.
